New SD Credit workspace subscriptions receive one free calendar month from registration, with email verification required for access, followed by 50% off the first three paid subscription months. Monthly billing receives the discount on each of those months. Annual billing discounts only the remaining introductory months; the other months are charged at the normal rate. The invoice records your price and currency. Previously issued invoices retain their recorded amounts. Free trial access applies only where a trial is recorded on the workspace; existing subscriptions are not restarted. No payment is due during the trial and no automatic charge is made at expiry; payment confirmation is required to continue. Normal pricing applies after the offer. Cannot be combined with a voucher. Subscription payment does not activate collections or authorise a debit order.

Can I move my records from Excel?
Yes. SoftDayta provides import templates for customers, loans and payments. Speak to our team about your migration.
Can my whole team use the workspace?
Yes. Active subscriptions include unlimited workspace users, with roles and permissions to control access.
Are collection services included in the subscription?
Collections are a separate application through SoftDayta as a PAYM8 Channel Partner, subject to approval and applicable agreements.
Does it work for community finance groups?
SoftDayta supports member records, contributions and society statements. Community programme applications are available separately.
